My car broke downwardly on me tonight, while I was in route to Charlotte from Wilmington, NC. As a single female parent with 2 modest children, being stranded on the side of HWY 74 in the middle of no-where was a nightmare in itself, only and then to top matters off, it was already afterwards 10:00pm and I couldn't go far touch with ANYONE to tow my machine dorsum to my local mechanic in Wilmington. As I was already having an anxiety attack (due to a lot personal stress and my but vehicle breaking down), I was frantically trying to effigy out what I was going to do. Then, along came Charlie. Later on his number was passed my way, I figured I would exist sent direct to a voicemail, but miraculously he answered on the 1st ring. After explaining my situation, nosotros had a laugh or two at my serious-lack-in-knowledge when information technology comes to my vehicle (and all cars for that thing) and he assured me that it was no problem at all for him to call up my poor old car. My babies and I are back dwelling house safe and sound and I just can not believe how above and across Charlie went to assistance me this evening!
